Snap ........... well almost, 23.4 miles but in 3-22 as part of Round Rotherham prep backing up yesterday's even longer run. Both runs at almost same pace and inside target pace for the 50 miler, but probably on easier terrain.

Hoping for a far more successful 2009
Just under 8 miles from home (61 mins). Headed out to Woodhouse Grove school via a mix of towpath, minior roads, field and riverside paths (surpisingly not as muddy as expected). Back via Calverley Cutting then road & towpath mix again.
6.61 Miles, part road and then around the Tame Valley park...what a day for running !!!
Tough hilly road run
9.5 miles 1,400ft including the middle (7.5 mile 1,150ft 56.30 mins) at race pace.
Ran round the Kinder Downfall route this morning.
Found it tough after yesterday's Clwydian Hills race.
Showed Craig some of the options here and there.
Passing through the children's playground just before the finish he asked if it was best to follow the path or run straight through between the play apparatus.
I said, "Not easy to say, it's swings and roundabouts!"
Barden Bridge to Cavendish Pavilion at Bolton Abbey and back tonight with head torch. 42mins including 2mins sitting in the ultra-scary Hobbit's Bus-stop

Just 7.7 miles through wet and muddy woods this afternoon.
Hoping for a far more successful 2009
