    dont look at scenery full stop, went for a nose dive again this sunday, just for a few seconds of viewing pleasure

    Dont try to read a text "What mass have you got for the thermalite brick" when you are following merrylegs down the side of Coniston Old Man - i escaped unharmed and on my feet.

    Oh and the text was to do with my uni work.....i dont just have nerdy friends.

    Don't try and bend down and pick up a mars bar wrapper someone's dropped without stopping while running downhill near the end of a 25miler - it's an extremely good way of bringing on cramp
