I am fine its been a long week at work. No racing this weekend just looking to see what is on for the rest of the month. Just entered the Helsby Half in January. Long XC/Trail run planned for early tomorrow. Just noticed the Lake Vrynwy is back for 2009.

How about the rest of you anything planned for the weekend?
