As I said at the time, I especially liked it when we ran past Cocklick Laithe.

Slow recce of DP club champs route over Kinder from Snake Inn- Downfall-Grindslow and back via similar route. Having run DF-Grindslow many times I'm sure the moors are constantly in flux as I can never find that 'short fast trod' that i used last time.
9 miles
just going to do four and a half miles after work tonight
6.5 miles down the canal and around the golf course and back at lunch time. Felt quite fit today - it must be those pounds I've lost
Oh and do K & C allow gate crashers on their wednesday evening jaunts?
