Thanks to CLeM and all the marshalls for a cracking race.
Well done to Paul Thompson on his (joint) win.
Thanks to Wycoller for sharing his Jelly Babies.
Think I passed Daz and Em coming up from Odgen Cough......where can I buy one of those invisible thermals he wears?
Just had new boiler fitted while at the race so enjoyed the worlds hottest bath.
Next one Cardington Cracker....anyone doing it?

I'd have liked to get the last climb or something around there but I had to go and get the kids.

    Re: Full Tour of Pendle

I DNFed after going off course heading down to CP5 having almost carried on towards CP2 for a second time. I had twinged my left ankle 3 or 4 times and had decided to plod around carefully but after that I decided to run back around on the roads to avoid any problems especially with Rotherham now just 4 weeks away. However even that wasn't without problems, as the built up area I could see in the distance and headed towards thinking it was Burnley was actually Clitheroe which became clear after a mile or so. So a quick u turn and I headed in the right direction and though not an ideal run, it was another 4 hours in the bag. I knew there was a reason for carrying a map and a compass

Good to see Emmi, Daz and Ady again. I also met Manhar and Man From Del Monte on the way around. Not sure if they realised it was me though.

Nice pics from Pilgrim. Plenty of me on Geronimo then again I did take my time coming down

I'm off to make my long awaited orienteering debut today. My navigational skills need brushing up so it is nicely timed.

wow, almost feeling human again! i was the fool coming down great end, due to some 'experimental route choice'! what a tough race, i certainly found the downhills much more challenging than the ups-so slippy.

nice to meet you Mrs Stagger-and thank you very much for getting me round!

    Well done all.
Nice to meet Darth domain and southern softie and the usual suspects.
Finished a minute quicker than last year despite numerous stops to sort my wayward montrails. 2.57.50 that'll do for me.
Spent most of the middle of the race trying to get passed Dave Tait and Keiron Carr both v60's what fit lads these old boys are.
Walking like John Wayne this morning.
    Well don Ady cracking run.
