I've been trying to make a concerted effort to 1) not drink during the week and 2) go to bed before 11. So far after one night... Succeeded at 1, failed at 2.
anyway im back shift tomorrow, so ill have a drink, watch some shit on the telly and go to bed at about 2.30
6-2/2-10/10-6 was best shift pattern I have ever done. Got to get up early on 2/10 though if you want to get stuff done.
Observation: why do so many fell runners work shifts? Is there a significance?![]()
