    Haha, i do, all be it that i need more of it...didnt want to get out of bed this morning and nearly accidenly decided to have 5 minutes more which would have probably turned into half an hour more.


    Daz h, have you managed to get some sleep yet because i remember seeing a post saying that you havent slept sinc monday morning.

    Kids? Or just can't sleep?
    Everyone has a cold in our house bar me. They sleep, i listen to the snores and coughs
    Youngest is off school so i've gotta watch Nickelodeon, play animal snap, and guess who (really engaging game) till i can escape to work this aft

    Not been sleeping well for a while Merry. Can't remember the last time I had a full night but at the minute a full hour would be welcome!!

    Your doing bloody well em with the milage your managing to get only the lack of sleep.

    I went through a time of poor sleep a year or so ago. Evenatually i got quite ill from it. Not sure how i managed to turn it round though.

    But at the moment my body clock is all wrong so im not tired at night and end up totally knackered in the morning and during the day. Which isnt good being at uni and struggling to keep my eyes open.

    The ultramarathon man said in his books that he didnt sleep much, and look how good he is.
