Pride of Pendle, Southport Brewery Sandgrounder Bitter and Oldershaw Brewery (Grantham) Caskade. Thats enough for a 'school night'.

Booths is supermarket chain a bit like a northern Waitrose. Branch in Ilkley has excellent selection of bottled beers at decent prices

...and that's the nearest one to Leeds so when ever driving up the A65 Egor it's well worth a stop.

Whilst waiting for my 1st batch of turbo cider to complete fermentation I did some reading up on the subject have have got 25 litres going with added brown sugar, a stick of cinnamon and a little peeled ginger. Won't be ready for a good while yet though - should have started this last month really, Xmas and all that.............
