Plotted all the grid references on memory map but couldn't work out the route.

At first I went from each point to the summit of Kinder Scout but that was about 85 miles (as the crow flys) and 20,200ft ascent so obviously it was not that.

After a little searching I found this map. would you say it was a pretty good route to follow?
Just realise you got this off Nicky's site. I run with Nicky quite a bit, we are thinking of possibly doing the Rigby next year together.
My tip for the first woman at TT

    Cheers guys,

There are some times posted on here ranging from 5:45 to 9:00 hours what would you say was a reasonable time to target.

I'm nowhere near hill fit at the moment, so I wont be trying it any time soon, I'm just about finished with my road running targets so hopefully I'll get some good hills in from Christmas onwards and be in some kind of shape when the weather takes a turn for the better. My last long hill run was 21 miles, 5,737ft in 3:46.

Chris as per my email and that time above I should save look for around sub 8 ish, It will depend on you navigation and the weather but between 7-9 are certainly respectable. sub 6 times are only for wippets!!

Well finished the year with a bit of festive fatigue with Marko yesterday. Got round in about 7.30. Groun was solid so it was bit hard on the old pates of meat, and some fantastic cloud inversions.
