It is brand new; I was given it as a BOFRA prize this year. I already have a Hope head torch and think they are absolutely fantastic. I do all my winter training with one. This version even has a handlebar mount for fixing it to a bike.

They go for £80 - £100 in the shops but if anyone wants it for £70 then drop me a pm. I'll even post it for that price. If you want to collect it from Kendal I'll knock off a fiver.

Today i bought the Petzl myo xp.

Ive got it to fit to my head fine, but when i ran up and down the living room the weight of the battery makes it fall down my head....so ive got topstrap to go on, but how the hell to i keep the two toggle things to stay in the eyelets on the head-torch?

All i need now it for my tea to digest, should be out the door by 9 hopefully.....

I can go days without one, never smoke at work or in the house or when out on the lash, in the last 10 years i've only smoked for 6 of em, no need to smoke really, it really pisses me off and i need to end it for good, its not big or clever and it affects my breathing.

God, my tea is still heavy on my stomach and i ate 2 hrs ago........STITCH me thinks ....oh well, im not waiting any longer.....time to get muddy.....and scare myself in the dark as usual
