3rd day of resting - was meant to be racing today but it was called off because of ice....probably for the best really as my knee isnt fit to be running on really.
Got a 15 miler planned with PACMAN on the 21st then the xmas on the fells.
So 3 down, 16 days to go.
4 down, 15 to go.
Its driving me mad after only 4 days - im dying to get muddy!

5 down.....left knee hurting today aswel
11th day of not running.
Knee's not feeling too bad- bit sore but touch wood they shouldnt be too bad for xmas on the fells.
My legs feel really heavy though, not sure why.

Woke up with a blinding headache. Bailed out of work at lunch time feeling c**p. Head bunged up and sneezing for England. A forced rest day but might have a go on my wobble board in an attempt to do something with my sore ankle. Think I may have caught this lurgy off my Calderdale partner.. oh well. Good luck, bad luck who knows?
