    Last night we ran up Maesgwm, and over Moel Eilio in full moon, didn't need head torches until the descent. Stunning night. This winter we've had 3 or 4 night runs that have just been spectacular, makes up for those nights in december slouched over in driving wind and rain! certainly been rewarded for our perseverance.

    Not updated the Blog for a while as we are still living elsewhere due to a storm putting a hole in our roof.

    One hour on Otley Chevin/Danefield dodging dogs and mountain bikers - great to get on terrain early evening again (well 4.30-5.30ish)

    I'm trying to spread the night running gospel down here in Hampshire, but so far I'm a one man band. Great moonlit run last night - some hills, lots of mud and even a section that was a foot deep in water.

    10 x 50 choice kick (fins)
    10 x 100 on 2 mins
    4 x 75 ( fly/back/breast)
    8 x 50 bresat
    8 x 50 choice (pads)
    swim down - 200 easy

    3400 metres

    9 miles yesterday on the longdendale trail, quick 5k round my house this evening. Six pints in the bull - lovely jubbly

    Hence the wreckage I have just witnessed when on my way back from Shire Hil area!!!!!!! You pi...... pot!
    Get up Shelf moor now and run it off!
    6 mile yesterday, 10 mile Thursday, 5 mile am and 14 mile m Wednesday, 5 mile and 16 x 1min in 10 mile run Tuesday.
