    dom's confirmed
just waiting for Ambrosia Kid and Pudgy - does anybody know if they're about/away at the moment...?

I assume for optimum team pace, it's better to pair people with roughly equal ability - not quite sure how we decide that...?

Also, we might want to think about which legs we fancy
[bearing in mind that I have already bagsied one of the Leg 5 slots ]

    Leg 1: 8.5M/1361ft (Leg record= 55.11)
Leg 2: 12.5M/1560ft (Leg record= 1.16.17) "longest and possibly toughest"
Leg 3: 9.0M/1570ft (Leg record= 58.32) "not longest, but most amount of climb with “sting in tail “ and toughest climb of whole route!"
Leg 4: 5.5M/ 753ft (Leg record= 34.48) "shortest leg with least amount of climb and should suit the speed merchants"
Leg 5: 11.0M/1390ft (Leg record= 58.26) includes "mega long climb from Broadley to Top of Leach"
Daz yey i am ere and available, now if I can just find the button to pm you Mr C and I said we would run together but if that needs to change thats ok, I would prefer a long leg, as opposed to the three short ones I have

    Re: Fell Ponies??

If anyone is going to drop out, please can you make sure it is one of you doing the shorter legs, so I don't have to drag my sorry ar*e round the 12.5 mile leg!!

    Cheers!

I'm not overly bothered about which leg I do. But.... I'd prefer something longer to make the trip worthwhile!

    Pennine Bridleway Relay

looks like it might help to sort out the short leg (Leg 4 - lowish level, Summit to Whitworth) first
    - anybody keen? who are the "speed merchants"?

Shall i say something on your behalf? She doesnt scare me (wont she be running 3 legs as usual though?)

And whats all this about poor Marcel being of foul mouth? I think he's a proper dandy gentleman...

I'll be there to hurl abuse and/or run a leg or something too but i refuse to give it any thought whatsoever....Mrs C will know why So please noone ask me anything about what leg is so and so doing and whose car is where and when and why...i wont know and it will hurt my head. I think the whole thing is clearly insane

I have a few contacts who can sort you out Daz, they dont do drug tests at fell races either so you should be safe
