Are you punishing any of the clubs London Marathon people with your Three Peaks training here BJ?

It sounds backbreaking and exhausting stuff perfect for gretting round London i'd have thought.

No running today - resting this bloomin achey foot but i did go horse riding - does that count?

An hours hack over the lancashire countryside in the sun and wind - bit saddle sore mind now as not had my legs round a 16.2 hunter for a little while

    Re: Today's Training

Well after having sat around for an hour after work last night got bored of my rest day and decided to go to the gym.

Of course I forgot my trainers so actually did have a proper rest day as I sat in the sauna for 15 mins and then in the jacuzzi for 20!

    It was tough!

Tonight will be running round in circles to the stop watch!

Well I went to the gym and did:-

10 minutes on max incline on the treddie as a warm up then,
    2000m row in 8 minutes
1 hour spin class - absolutley knackerin and felt sick!!
    30 minutes core work
20-25 minutes free weights biceps/triceps/chest/hip flexors

feeling slightly in need of a large plate of something stodgy!!
