Can now get a Yorkshire dales Harvey Mountain Map which has the entire of the route at 1:40k all on one map.

The lad I'm doing Fellsman with grew up near Skipton so has known about it forever. I've done two Hobbles with him and will be Hobbling with him again this year as a warm up Looking forward to Fellsman now and it'll be this year's big focus

Me too, doing the Wadsworth Trog, Hobble again, Anni Waltz and staying up there in caravan for a bit of Lakeland hills, Calderdale Hike and 3 Peaks and planned plenty of long run/walks as build up, just need to shake off this cold now

Sounds good Plan to do Rombalds Stride, Hobble, PPP and hoping to have a few days in the Lakes walking. Going to try for some longish runs in the local Dales / Craven district areas too

Looks like I might not be doing it this year.
My daughters birthday is on the 10th and when I tested the water she told me not to do it as I'd already done it last year. Wants me to go to her party this year -missed it last year because of this (she had given me permission that time).

...and before anyone says I'm too soft! Not spent much time with the kids over the last few weeks because of the PhD and my relationship with them is more important than any particular run.
