    Just found that my uni has an 'Injury and Rehabilitation Clinic'. Just emailed them and told them about me knee and what they can offer. Might be free

    No not yet. But im going to try this first, see if they can help. If not i can either go straight to a physio myself or go to the Docs and get them to refer me to one?

    See the doc Al. Don't do more damage. My old man would say "you only get one set of knees". He ran a lot of marathons in the early eighties and lots of football in the seventies, his knees are shafted.

    Agree! Al, get to see a physio!! If it's ITB as you and your club mates think you'll prob only have to go once or twice

    If you can get to a physio first do it. You may wait a long time for a referral from a doc. Finances permitting of course.

    I'm beginning to think this is more than just a crap pair of trainers. Doesn't seem to have really got any better - although racing on it probably didn't help.
