I am determined to be more positive about mondays from now on....I think they've had a bad rap for far too long. So I'm giving them a second chance..

Hmmmm well so much for my giving mondays a 2nd chance.
I called the estate agents who rent my flat out last week to ask if the tennants were staying in, they were as far as they were aware. So with this info I've signed up for another 6 months down here.....had a phone call this morning saying they are moving out FFS.

So thats me 440 quid a month worse off

Oh dear calf, well my morning is not as bad as yours from the sound of things, that is NOT good will you be able to get more tenents in do you think?

I am in a bad mood because I came in yesterday on my day off for 2 hours, to rescue the place, and then this morning I got moaned at for not ringing a particular person to let them know it was working well next time I won't f**kin bother coming in, I will say I am busy and someone else can bloody deal with it!

I'd say that was a good idea.
Has someone written the process down for you to do all the telephoning etc....you know a flow diagram or summit. If not blame their lack of instructions, therefore removing any blame from you and making them look inadequate.....if you forgot just keep stum

Well it'll go back on the market, hopefully I'll get new tennants in ASAP but with things as they are then I have no idea. On the plus side no one is buying at the mo so fingers crossed.
