Milan? thats well posh that is....im keeping my options open but may do Blackpool in April if fit or Anglesey in September...

oops just realised that milan is in october,rome it is then,i think,i would rather embarass myself on foreign soil than in britain,gives me something to train for next winter

I dont really run on roads at all apart from the 1/4 mile to the woods.

Been lame since Bury cross country in October but am mending well and should still be able to give Pudgy a run for his money next week.

Toyed with Edale but its too far off to decide and i hate all that pre-entry panic nonsense
