    13 miles off road.

Penistone Hill CP - Top Withins - on Trog Route to Walshaw Dean, down and along Hardcastle Crags, Along to and up Back'o' Stairs, down Stairs and back to car.

Was planning to do 17 and go along boundary wall at top o'stairs then follow part of Stanbury route but L arch/ankle very sore after 5 miles and felt knackered.

Possibly doing too much too soon eh Brett?

Most of week still felt crap after just have a run around White Holme- seems to be taking a while to get over cold bug/virus that laid me out for over a week just after new year.
Very easy 4 miles on Roads Thurs evening.
Nice and steady 15 miles off road this morning - to see if i will be up to running anglezarke amble in 2 weeks. Did the start and finish chunks of the amble route starting from white coppice to rivington up and over winter hill kept on amble route to the road just above belmont resr then went along track to catherines edge along to hollin hall ruins to the part of amble route that goes up and over great hill down to white coppice. Felt good and my legs did not die on me Anglezarke Amble entry form in the post
