I am good too, don't work until 1pm, so having abit of a lazy morning, meeting a friend at 11.30am for lunch.

training 12 till 2 then drive to work
Your a dedicated athlete, what will you do in your 2 hours training, i am going to walk to work and walk back, and do the stairs rather the the lift.
Not bad thanks, Trying to do 10 things at once as usual having a paperwork morning and photo editing.
