Did you get proper trainers sorted?? how many runs have you been doing? Where is the pain etc.....
ibruphen gel is good and an ice pack but as you are new to running it's more likely an overuse injury.
I'll mail you tomorrow....I'm on my too many to count nights on no sleep and am making the most of an early night!!
Calf stuffed - won't run for at least 2 weeks now. Same injury as 12 months ago - ace![]()
