erm well friday = training followed by leg massage followed by snooker.....

saturday = watching our club run at the local cross country race

sunday = MY RACE HAHA going doing dewsbury 10k onli thing is it starts at 9am

I am going to be ringing round potential wedding venues on Saturday which is very exciting

plus doing lots of training of course

Out Saturday night for a birfday do and then swimming Saturday
