20 mile Edale reccie is a bit tooooooo far at the minute, but my race calendar is planned and my long runs are building up.

So no doubt Ill see you soon, no talk of this silly Bob Granville thing or whatever you call it I've given up on that idea to concentrate on my short stuff and maybe taking the cross country circuit by storm.
