Today's Bike Ride

A swift 50 miles this morning with 4 others from the club. There's a sneaky cold wind blowing today. Better give mi chain a wipe down with the tea towel.

I was all cracked up to beat my 122miles today but the wind down here was unreal and after 45miles id had enough so i canned it and came home and ran 11miles as well.
Your right the wind was sneaky. I was struggling big time.
