    Sale harriers managed two teams thies year, the mens almost made the top 10.

    Not bad for a bunch of road and track runners!!

    Well done! But if the rest was like leg 5, you could run it in Road shoes, just like trail running up on the top, although the biting wind was more than you would get at road level.
