We've got the sloping road in my village and cars where just spinning and not going up it this morning.
We have never had a gritter come within 2 miles of here....i remember a few years ago when about 10 of us where stood on the slope pushing all the cars that couldnt get up.
Snowing heavily in (my part of) Shropshire now, ladies and gents. My son is grimly hanging on to the prosect of no school tomorrow...
We have been walking to school in the snow.george
quite a bit coming down here now, bloody froze riding back but didn't get stuck in the traffic
think tomorrow morning might be fun if it freezes
