I've got exactly the same and almost at the same time so I can sympathise. I had to wait two days before I could get to a Dentist. One more and it'll be a Pony epidemic

I'm feeling a bit better now the antibiotics have kicked in

I got an emergency dental appointment Monday lunchtime - on first view of the inside of my mouth, the dentist said to her assistant (let's call her Gina):
"Gina... scalpel!"

Apparently i will be heavily sedated with Rohipnol! My only phobia is dentists. Hoping i can recover in five days for a 17 mile fell race!
