I'm afraid I'm going to have to give it a miss. Been running with a slight heel problem which was aggravated at Mickleden last week on the hard tracks - been hobbling ever since. Tried to run on it last night but was putting stress on t'other parts of the body & had to bail out after 15 mins - hey ho.
Manhar, i had a bit of an accident the night before i did White Holme. I left my foot in a bucket of ice water for an hour and it worked a treat. Was painful for the last couple of miles but on the whole it did me proud.
Worth a try to get you running again soon.

Good luck all whose doing it, hope the cramp stays away!

"I've taken that short cut on the map over to CP 6 but if you look I think there is another corner to chop off going from 12-13? I may be getting carried away with my new found skill of turning the dial in the middle of the compass but I think it's there to be had "

I'm sure your directness does work Daz, some of us a bit more hesitant though

I thought the pizza snow description was great, until I rechecked who had said it.
