Cheers Freddie. Had hoped for a better time but suppose on the back of three weeks of injury in January its not a bad start. Still after that elusive sub 40. Noticed a fair few forumites doing this today.

Enjoyed the run but felt I should have done much better. After the three week lay off in January through injury though quite pleased with the run. Will look for a more 10ks over the next month or two. Hopefully see some progress.

Sounds like someone took the daft option...

See you at Bolsterstone tomorrow...if the race is still on the road by the res' is a bit tricky
Final descision later but yes it looks like it's on. I've sent an email out.

I found it a bit worrying to start with descending stepp tussocking slopes with lots of snow, Didn't know where I was putting my feet.

I ended up sledgeing on my bum on one of the drop offs. on the last descent I ended up in a tree in the wood after slipping

Andy I was climbing on the Northern edges of Bleaklow. Loads of snow as well, dug a snow hole for practice, We saw some fresh Montrail prints which we thought they might be Plumbums who we knew was in the area.
