90 minutes over Hameldon and a moorland loop around Clowbridge res. Not as much fun as last nights snow run.

    6 mile hilly road race

Ran much better than of late but still trail my usual group. Did well on the big climb. The race made more fun by the snow that was falling.
Slippery came in first despite telling everyone how tired he was
Well done Darren a series win looks in the offing.

Had thought about coming along to this but couldn't have got out the drive in the evening as it'd been snowing since about 4pm. Hope to see you on next Monday for race 10....

What was that about better late than never?

Snow should have gone by next week, Warts run tommorrow from the Strines if you can make it.

Todays training was 60 lengths of the pool, once the snow has gone i'll start on the bike again. feeling a bit more positive at last.

Headtorch run on mainly unlit road and tracks for an hour.

Full moon helped visibility quite a bit but stayed away from "The Slaughtered Lamb" just in case
