Well not todays rather the last week or so
5, 6 and 7 milers around the Bradfield area.
One in snow that was quite deep in places - VHW ( Very Hard Work)
Another late in the date finished through snowy woods with the moonlight through the bare trees. Wonderous.

Off to the gym now pump a bit of iron and wonder why they put different video on from the actual music they are playing.

Yes Merry, I used to enter the 'Lon Chaney Memorial Trog' up around there quite a few years back, I always wondered why there were so many DNF in the race results

Gentle 5mi run in a very flat and cold, snowy Peterborough. Got interesting when i followed a footpath into a field, and the field became an island spithead between two raging torrents where a couple of bordering streams had burst their banks.

A tough walk/run over t' moors last night. very hard going as we were constantly breaking through crusty snow that was knee deep+ but Venus was bright in the sky and the moon was just rising as we headed back to the the pub and a roaring fire. we(DPFR) were the only people in there.

13.5 miles 2100ft on the hilly roads around Ewden and Bradfield in just over two hours.
We were nearly run over by a blonde in a 4x4. I was not a happy bunny.
