Pengy........forgive the fury, but I REALISE THAT NOW, DON'T I!!!!!!!!!

Apologies, I know what you mean, but being sane, objective and rational are not skills afforded to me when considering what to do with my endorphine depleted and currently injured body.
Ask me for advice and I'm great, but take me indoors for two weeks without running and no guidance from the medical profession and I'll screw it up every time.
    SOZ.

Think I have a groin strain. I stumbled heavily after 'stubbing' my foot in some hard snow at Rombalds and think I've jarred something. Probably didn't help it running last night again in the snow Booked to see physio at the excellent BODYFIX in Silsden later in the work but I'm praying its nothing serious as I've been going quite well (for me) last few months

Good news DT, came off bike on ice on my way to work this morning, bruised hip, stiff neck from banging my head on floor, good job i had my helmet on
Slid along road for fifty yards and ripped my breeks, would love to see it on video in slow motion
No serious damage to bike or body though.
