Its a great day out and fantastic atmosphere, large crowds. Ive raced, well ran the race, a few times best time 1hr 49mins and although Im one of the organisers I'll be trying my best yet again this year and hopefully it will not be as warm as last year.

Thanks Cread, looking forward to it. Actually managed to be at the start a couple of years as we were passing through after holidays. Ran Snowdonia marathon year before last and the area and atmosphere were ace.

Jan, steady away should do it and a good choice in socks &/or taping the feet is certainly to be considered
