    Woohooo! Been for a run this morning, for the first time in ages...

    Beautiful spring weather here, so I thought I go up to the ridge and back and see how I go... Expecting to be walking half of it... and the best news is that the ankle seems to be at last back to normal! I was even able to descend at a reasonable pace and no twinges or aches and pains

    Nice one Han- I too had my first run for some time this morning, once again proving too fast and strong for the Master.

    If he comes on here and says anything about me being "out of it" on a bench, then don't believe it.

    On 2 occasions you were indeed "OUT OF IT" on a park bench.

    I, on the other hand, put in a measured and powerful performance and could have carried on beyond the point at which you finally expired for good

    What an experience it would be to go running with Master ballbag and Fellmonster ballbag if i were fast enough, would probably go into oxygen debt laughing at the pair of em though.
