Started doing some circuit training last week:
Set 1 – 1 pullup, 2 pushups, 2 dips, 5 situps Set 2 – 2 pullups, 4 pushups, 4 dips, 10 situps….
Keep going up the pyramid to set ten
Set 10 – 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 20 dips, 50 situps
Then repeat in reverse order back Set 1
Did up to Set 5 and then back down, giving 25 pullups, 50 pushups, 50 dips, 125 situps.
Ached like ten men the day after, but going to persevere and see if i can reach Set 10 before i cark it

Got a weight bench as well, but its a Strongbow storage area, i like to improvise![]()
