a brisk 7 miles
easin down now for edale
8 (eight) miles of reps
2x2mile as usual - disapointing times though 11:12 average compared to 10:55 last week.
Then 2x1mile (5:15, 5:19)
then another 2miler in 10:44.
Pleased to have ran the 7/8th miles faster than the 3/4th and by quite a margin - perhaps i wasnt warmed up properly enough at the beginning.
An hours spin class done - supposed to be spin 'extreme' but dissapointingly lamenot the regular instructor I go to and although I'm sure he's a jolly nice bloke his motivational skills leave a lot to be desired
