    Indeed... that is exactly why I have said NEVER again to road running...

    Mind you, fell running I have managed to dislocate a shoulder and rip some ankle ligaments... but they are different injuries! I much rather dislocate a shoulder rolling down a hillside than tear a calf muscle pounding the streets of Amsterdam running a marathon...

    Daz,,,,,,,, had to pull out of High Cup Nick, family committments popped up and cannot swing it, if it had started on the morning i would have been ok.

    We will meet soon enough,,,, CJ another NE pony will probably be there though, DJ is missing a lift but he is hopping about at moment anyway.

    Met CJ at Ilkley, a thoughly nice chappie, who's not on the internet, so we can say what we like! He actually admits to knowing AK, so he can't be all there
