I do not feel too bad after the initial test yesterday; I may be tempted to move Day 1 forward from Monday to Tomorrow or Sunday
I have just realised that six weeks is just after the Gisborough Moors race so the final week may be a bit tough![]()
I don't want to brag or anything but I reckon I'd be able to do 100 press ups straight out of the box - not at this second but maybe tomorrow morning

I've been at this for 2 weeks, but only just noticed this thread.
Just finished week 2, doing column 3 - finding it hard going, but just about managing. Exhaustion test tomorrow. Don't fancy my chances much, reckon I'll do 20-25 and get demoted to column 2 where I belong. I find it hard to beleive this will lead to doing 100 in another 4 weeks, especially for anybody who isn't in column 3, but I live in hope.
