Bloody hurt mind! Mucked up first sets too: should have been 22 then 30.
Finished off with 4 sets of 7 handstand presses for the shoulders. Almost resulted in a broken neck! Still, got to fill my time in the hotel somehow!

My dad said i was shaking like a lemon in the final max bit and ive gone the colour of a beetroot.
What is that tendon thing buy your arm-pit.....joining the top of the bicep to the pecs?
