I did some BGR recce-ing on most of the route.. and loved it... a lot of it quite runnable. Mind you, I probably will be last or something, unless I decide to get off the bike and start doing some running training

Had a dabble last weekend marra, mini Borrowdale route on Sat, then A Waltz on Sunday, great fun in the snow and clag on the tops

Was hard though, was quite tired all last week and still not 100%

11.30 for the 'standard' route. But allow plenty of time for parking etc. The valley gets quite congested on race day....plus it's Easter w/e this year; could be lots of tourist traffic.
