Lucky you, we traveled all the way to bloody Norfolk coast for a xcountry (my first proper race since May '06). I warmed up, calf tightened, so I started last and dropped out after 300 metres.
Pudgy told me I would have been 'put down' by now if I was an animal - almost certainly correct, but not confidence inspiring - have phoned my physio in desperation, but as usual no reply to my message yet.
Arrived home and got on the MTB and gave that a thrashing instead. Not Happy, thought I was mended![]()

Daz, you should try that diet thingy. I'm already 2 notches in on the belt!!. And you know the first rule of racing? To go faster, first add lightness. Tat Toffer ain't gonna know what hit 'im! (speshially when I breathe me ketones on him!!)
