    Well I got my entry in the post today
    I hope the route out of and back into Haworth is clearer on the ground than in the route description! Some of those grid refs look a bit suspect...

    Unless your out in front, they'll be plenty of folk to follow, you'll be fine, enjoy it, its a good route

    It was more the way back I was worried about, as I'm expecting to be by myself by then! I guess I'll recognise at least some of the roads.

    I did the event a few years ago, when it started from somewhere slightly different, my main memory is of Hepstonstall...

    Heptonstall, Top o't Stairs, Penistone Hill, fairly straightforward on the way back, plenty of walkers did it last year, sure you'll not be totally alone, best of luck and have a good un

    You mean the road descent into Hebden Bridge? Full on hamstring cramp last year, i was making girly noises, calling for my mum, this year i'm bringing my Nuun's
