Only time for a 3 miler on the roads tonight.
11 mile today with matthunt around first half of skyline. knee hurting on the down hill bits. not happy.
last 3 weeks 4 days runnig average time 2 hours per run.. all off road! oh and a gentle jog on wednesday night for an hour or so..
just been given the go-ahead to start speed work i am so exicted NOT!

so have you dusted it and are you have a grand opening ride, someone could come along and cut the ribbon as you leave the house, well hopefully the ribbon and not the chain,
