4ml recovery run at sedate pace along the Dales Way. Beautiful day to be out with plenty of spring sunshine

5 mile recovery run, walked the ups, ran the flat and down, speed burst in the middle, probably about 20min/mile pace
My training partner decided he'd rather play out with his mates, just as well watching him run round like a madman with em, he'd have beasted me.
Nice dip in the river at the end, legs feel great now

Yesterday first thing, 4 hill reps (total 2500 ft) up to Ashway from the Dovestones res. Bloomin' hard work that at 8am. Oh, and bumped into Manhar who I hadn't seen since Mickleden.

How the dickens are you, IDP? You've been doing a lot o' running recently...

Mum-in-law says I can nip out later for 30mins whilst it's sunny!

Ta for the offer Ian, but I grab a run as and when I can get time off work! "Quickies" are OK, but anything longer is tricky... Will catch up with you on a 'warts run soon though.

You were looking ridiculously fresh doing those reps Jodg - it's a good spot for hill reps although my Garmin records 3 reps to = 2400 ft
