    That's the deal! Pen y Gop SH942449 Sunday p.m. was a wee gem .

Will pass any stats onto Glyn, when you have them, may encourage him to come out again.
Saturday was c.18mi, 5810ft ascent. Thanks for turning out, Moley, and for an entertaining Saturday night . Hope you got the Flush bracket http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm12516

Sunday, ran secs 5 (Aran) and 6 (Dyfi Forest) with Chris Armour (17mi, 7460ft). It was good to have decent visibility, to improve some lines.

Some nice looking hills down there Rob, looking forward to chasing after you with food and drink.

I take it you'll actually have some and not let me carry it for nothing

Bill, Rob always seems to have a good appetite.
The hills are nice and Rob's photography is first class.

Thanks for that Rob, have passed on the stats. Was a nice day on Sunday as well, we settled for a 15 mile walk on Pumlumon - with me trying to keep up with Jane . Good photos you took, I like those.
Will be sorting the local 'flush brackets' when in town, now intrigued by them.
Let us know if you are over again anytime, bed available, and next time there should be a full complement of Tortoises to nibble your toes .

That's the plan . A quarter of quiche and a litre of chocolate Complan and I'll follow you anywhere .

    Meirionnydd -Postponed

As some of you already know, I've picked up a couple of injuries (one during the South Wales Traverse) which won't go away without a bit of rest and TLC.

2 weeks in Scotland didn't help, but thereagain I did manage to bag a couple of new St Kilda Marilyns (which are awesome - total now 1552/1555 ) so am not complaining.

Hoping to reschedule the Meiri for July.

Stac an Armin, Soay, Stac Lee - the 3 harder St Kilda islands. Think we've sussed them out, just need the weather.

If its July I may be able to help Rob. Just let me know the date. You're the ultimate bagger (compliment!). How do you manage to find the time to bag all those summits, trigs and bumps? I read your piece in the geographical mag with interest. Hope you recover soon. ou are more patient than me.
