Myself and Duncs are having a canter round Leg 1 of the BG then jogging back down the old railway line to Keswick, if anyone would like to join us?

Tempted Karl but it's Edale Skyline on the 29th and not sure it's the best pre race prep!

thats such an amateur mistake

its a simple rule

DIY : BGR = mutually exclusive

I went and broke it though by flooring our loo on Saturday, Sunday's run was sore in the back

remember kids: just say "NO"
