such a fantastic day to be on the bike, quiet country lanes although.... Ady, I nearly had a mishap on that bend on Delph lane where you encountered the ice only this time it was 2 big peacocks that decided to jump out on me!!!

Looks like it's the cols of S Wales for me tomorrow, good weather booked. That's the morning of course, little matter of a small Grand Slam rugby match to deal with down here in the afternoon, reckon I should have built up a bit of a thirst!
