not so bad, cheers, however, had a run in yorkshire saturday and did terrible, felt terrible and my legs are still hurting, felt like a newbie!! Other than that fine ta, how's the knees?

Probably just a bad patch, you'll get through it. I'm not so bad. My upper legs are killing though with all the new exercises I'm doing. So that's got to be good...right?
