    Thats not an excuse Matt, get your self down there. Many a BR'er has run the race the day after. It's only short so use it as a recovery run.

    Trunce

    Starts tomorrow, Monday 30th March, and the weather is looking reasonable.
    Went round the course on Tuesday night and all looks well, even got across the river at both stepping stones without getting to wet.
    See you tomorrow.

    Yay! It's definitely summer time now. I'm looking forward to a gentle jog round if the ankle holds up.
