    Very roughly- from Barley Green, main track alongside Lower Ogden res, up at some stage past Buttock then continue climbing to c500m contour about 1km south of summit, drop all the way down the 'diagonal' stony track til approx due east of summit - then the hands-on knees steep climb up the Big End all the way to the trig, then south down the spur back to reservoir track and along to finish.

    I'm sure someone will correct me if wrong as its been 12 years since I last ran it!!
